Monday September 24,2012 : FRENCH FTP PLAYERS TO RECOVER FUNDS

Gambling authority approves repayment measures

French gambling authority ARJEL will temporarily lift is Rekop Limited licence suspension to allow registered Full Tilt Poker players access to their accounts for the recovery of outstanding credit balances through the pokerstars platform from November 6, 2012 until November 9, 2012.

At an ARJEL press conference, attended by Pokerstars president of southern Europe Gino Appiotti, president Jean-François Vilotte detailed the setup of a PokerStars trust arrangement in London that will secure French player's funds and assure repayment.

Villote outlined player procedures to facilitate recovery of their outstanding funds saying REAL MALTA LIMITED will assist players with an account credit on the site fulltiltpoker.fr to obtain reimbursement of their assets from the site pokerstars.fr.

Fulltilt.fr players with a credit account are required to enter their username and password along with other personal information to verify their identity and determine their account balance on Full Tilt.fr.

On completion of the verification process, the player would be allocated a code for entry on the pokerstars.fr website where they will automatically be credited with their outstanding balance and be able to immediately withdraw the funds and/or close the pokerstars.fr account they were required to open, if they choose to do so, without being bound by any further terms and conditions.

REAL MALTA LIMITED has agreed to report in to ARJEL on the reimbursement process.  Following completion of the process, ARJEL will once again suspend Rekop Limited's (Full Tilt) licencing.

Further reimbursement procedures for Italian customers will be made available in the near future while players in other jurisdictions will have direct access to their funds when Full Tilt Poker.com re-launches in the first week of November.
