Gambling authority strives to gain better insight into what makes online gamblers tick
 
The French regulatory authority ARJEL is in the process of carrying out a study on online players with a view to learning more on the sociology and behaviour of internet gamblers.
 
ARJEL is approaching players with active player accounts at licenced operators and inviting them to participate in the study through an e-mail that contains a link and passcode to an anonymous and confidential online questionnaire.
