Fulltilt Poker Class Action SUit Withdrawn

Settlement renders claim unnecessary
 
Steven Segal, legal council for the U.S. Full Tilt Poker Player Accountholders has withdrawn the class action suit against Full Tilt  following review of the July 31st U.S. Department of Justice settlement with PokerStars.
 
Segal said in the court submission that the class recognise that their interests are best served by allowing the agreed settlement to progress unhindered by their claim.
