World Series of Poker: Full House Pro will be distributed free via the integrated Windows Store
 
The gaming publication Softpedia reports that Microsoft is to launch a new poker game on the Windows 8 platform, offering Xbox Live support to play with real competitors online.
 
World Series of Poker: Full House Pro will be distributed via the Windows Store and will be available in the northern hemisphere spring at no cost to users, with a free stack of chips given to each user every day.
 
The game will offer support for both Xbox 360 and Windows 8 platforms, and single player games will also be available for those who wish to improve their skills before going online, with multiple gameplay modes by choice.
 
The game includes avatar facilities and commentary from World Series of Poker on ESPN announcers Lon McEachern and Norman Chad.
