Fullpok leaving Microgaming in September?

The French online media are reporting the imminent departure of the merged Mypok and Pokerextrem internet poker sites – now merged under the Fullpok brand – from the Microgaming Poker Network, effective late September this year.

And interestingly the new software and home for the merged site is to be a network started by Partouche Interactive – the online arm of the top French casino company.

The news comes barely a month after Pokerextrem and Mypok announced a merger to pool resources and increase liquidity.

Monday's press release from Fullpok, even allowing for translation, uses some provocative language regarding the Microgaming network, claiming:

"Microgaming has never been able to adapt to the demands of the French market and could not accompany MyPok ( nor PokerXtrem) on its ambitious journey. "
