GameAccount Network in another US Deal

Tuesday April 26,2016 : GAN SIGNS NEW US SIMULATED GAMING DEAL

With major Native American casino operator

GameAccount Network plc (GAN) has partnered another US casino operator for simulated gaming.

The unidentified operator is described as “one of the largest Native-American casino operators, to launch GAN’s proprietary enterprise-grade social gaming solution in the South West”.

The agreement follows an extensive diligence process, GAN said, after which it was selected for its deep capabilities in providing real money and social gaming experiences from a single technology platform.

“This is a landmark deal for GAN which reinforces the commercial appeal of our unique patented Simulated Gaming model to major US casino operators,” Dermot Smurfit, chief executive officer of GAN said in a press statement.

The US casino operator, the name of which will be disclosed following commercial and/or regulatory consents, represents material revenue in 2016 for GAN and is anticipated to generate significant earnings for GAN over the multi-year term of the agreement, Smurfit concluded.
