GameVillage sold to Angel Crest Holdings

Angel Crest Holdings has confirmed that it has acquired online bingo operator GameVillage Limited for an undisclosed consideration.

Founded by bingo industry veterans Avaneesh Shivananda and Ravi Raghav, Angel Crest said that the Malta-based GameVillage will be the subject of an extensive revamp.

GameVillage is powered by the firm’s own proprietary software and operates on a stand-alone network; it comes complete with ‘many unique features’ that set it apart from the crowd, the duo claim.

“We feel GameVillage.com is the perfect brand for our expansion in the UK and for the new opportunities that come along with this acquisition,” said Raghav, who is also founder and m.d. of RASR Entertainment Ltd, parent group of operations like SparklingBingo.com, BingoMagix.co.uk, GoldenHatBingo.com, BingoLegacy.com, OnlineGamesLounge.com and SlotsMagix.com.
