Gus Hansen loses over 1.5 million

11/19/2012 : EXPENSIVE WEEKEND FOR HANSEN

Former adversary takes back losses and much, much more

Gus Hansen, the new Full Tilt Poker ambassador had a pocket-busting session on Full Tilt Poker's nosebleed games this past weekend.

A twenty-seven hour session and 6000 hands later saw Hansen sign-off $1 542 128 poorer following what initially looked to be a positive run.

Players benefiting from Hansen's losing streak were predominantely "KPR16" who came out on top with $649 300 after doing battle with Hansen on the FLO8 tables, the same player who lost $200 000 to Hansen earlier in the week.

"cottonseed1" was next to benefit taking $413 000 profit from the FLO8 tables, and most of it off Hansen.

The weekend losses put Hansen amongst the biggest losers of the year, but poker pundits speculate he'll be back even more determined to regain a positive position.
