Hattrick Sports Group Gets Romanian Gambling License

ONJN AWARDS ROMANIAN LICENCE TO HATTRICK SPORTS GROUP

First domestic, land-based operator authorised for online.

Hattrick Sports Group subsidiary Prva Sportska Kladionica d.o.o. (“PSK”), has been awarded an online gambling licence by Romania’s national office for gaming, Oficiul Naţional pentru Jocuri de Noroc (ONJN).

Hattrick will operate online in Romania under its land-based Casa Pariurilor brand utilising proprietary web and mobile technology.

“We are excited the ONJN selected Casa Pariurilor to be the first domestic land-based operator in Romania to offer online games,” commented Carsten Sundberg, chief executive officer of Hattrick. “By expanding to Web and Mobile channels, customers will gain a more convenient method for enjoying the safe and trusted gaming experience they have come to expect from Casa Pariurilor.”

Hattrick acquired the betting shop operator late last year and has expanded Casa Pariurilor to over 700 retail locations in Romania.
