Redbet has announced the acquisition of Heypoker

Another acquisition by Swedish online gaming firm
 
Redbet Gaming Ltd, a subsidiary of Swedish online gaming provider Redbet Holding AB, has announced the acquisition of Heypoker a gaming business focused on Scandinavia and Eastern Europe.
 
The gaming site Heypoker.com and its customer base of approximately 37000 registered customers was bought through an asset deal which will be paid partly in cash and partly with shares in Redbet Holding AB.
 
Redbet intends maintaining and further developing the brand which will continue to be run by members of the Heypoker team together with Redbet.
 
Redbet was involved in a similar asset deal earlier this year when it acquired i4poker, followed closely by the acquisition of DoubleCardrooms, both businesses targeted at the Scandinavian and European markets.
