Hydra Industries Acquisition of Inspired Complete

INSPIRED ACQUISITION COMPLETED (Update)

Parent company now known as Inspired Entertainment Inc.

Hydra Industries Acquisition Corp’s acquisition of virtual sports provider Inspired Gaming Group has concluded with the combination of the two entities under Inspired Entertainment Inc.

With eighty-nine percent of Hydra stockholders approving the deal last week, Inspired Gaming Group has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inspired.
