IBID ACQUIRES RIVERPLAY
Rename platform provider to Pragmatic Solutions.
Investment firm IBID Group has bought a majority stake in gambling platform provider Riverplay for an undisclosed consideration.
The acquisition complements IBID’s recent purchase of mobile and desktop casino games provider, Pragmatic Play and online payments company, Dalberry late last year.
IBID has renamed Riverplay Pragmatic Solutions.
David Barzilay, chief executive officer of IBID Group, said: “Pragmatic Solutions makes an excellent addition to our online portfolio.
