IPN Badbeat jackpot over 1 million

The online poker Bad Beat Jackpot on GTechG2's Internaional Poker Network has hit record levels and is now approaching Euro 750,000 (over one million US dollars) the company announced this week.
 
To win the jackpot a player must be dealt a hand of Quad 10’s or higher and have it bested on one of the network's Bad Beat Jackpot tables.  The player who achieves this can look forward to a Euro 250,000 windfall.
 
Competitors on the same table s the bad beat player also benefit by over Euro16,000.
 
The current jackpot significantly exceeds the previous IPN record of Euro 600,000, a company spokesman revealed this week.
 
Top online poker operators on the IPN include VirginPoker.com, PokerHeaven.com, MermaidPoker.com and SportingBet.com.
 
GTechG2 recently announced a Euro 2 million investment into the IPN which will deliver bigger tournaments and promotions to players
