Sanchez (3.46 FIP) has outperformed his teammates this year, but Toronto (41-37, –5.22 betting units) is only up 0.90 units in his 15 starts on a team record of 9-6. Four of those losses were quality starts by Sanchez, including his last appearance, Fridays 2-3 defeat at the hands of the Chicago White Sox (+148 at home).

The Rockies (37-39, 0.84 units) took Anderson in the first round of the 2011 MLB Draft, out of the University of Oregon; he missed the 2015 season with a stress fracture in his elbow, delaying his big-league debut until earlier this month. Colorado has lost two of Andersons three starts, but the Las Vegas native has allowed just five earned runs over 17.2 innings, posting a tiny 1.62 FIP with zero home runs. Tuesday will be his first game against an American League opponent.
