Kambi Group under investigation for illegal gambling activities

Investigated for allegations of illegal gambling activities.

Kambi Group plc’s Philippines subsidiary has been notified by the Philippines National Bureau that it is under investigation for illegal gambling activities.

Kambi Philippines said it is confident that there are no activities occurring in its Philippines operation that are contrary to law.  The subsidiary provides back office functions for the Group’s online B2B sportsbook service.

Steadfast in its innocence, the company nevertheless has immediately implemented continuity measures to ensure uninterrupted service usually provided by its Philippines subsidiary.
