David Martin and Sly Bailey Sppointed By Ladbrokes

UK bookmaker Ladbrokes has appointed David Martin and Sly Bailey as members to its Board Committees effective September 25, 2015.

Martin, a non-executive director since 2013, will serve as advisor to the company’s audit committee and Bailey to the Ladbrokes social responsibility committee dealing with corporate reputation, public issues and media relations.

Bailey, who has served as a non-executive director at Ladbrokes since 2009, is the former chief executive of Trinity, prior to which she held senior roles at EMI PLC and IPC Media.
