Twoplustwo  forum owner takes an ethical line amid reports of slow-pay to players

Pressure mounted this week on Lock Poker, a member of the Revolution poker network which has come under fire recently for slow-paying players and halting player-to-player fund transfers and subsequent cash-outs .

The influential twoplustwo poker forum stopped the company from pushing its offering due to the volume of player complaints, with forum owner Mason Malmuth taking an ethical approach which resulted in Lock agreeing to stop all promotions on 2+2 until the issues raised are resolved to the forum's satisfaction.

Lock Poker hosts a sponsored forum on 2+2 which includes company reps, and advertises extensively across the 2+2 site.

Malmuth reported that talks with the online poker operator had been "positive", although there were no results yet.
