Deposit Glitches at LOCK POKER

Monday July 16 2012 :  DEPOSIT GLITCHES AT LOCK POKER CRITICISED

Management making a bad situation worse by not interacting with players

There is clearly something wrong with the financial systems in use at US Friendly poker room Lock Poker and possibly the Revolution Poker Network, and it's frustrating and angering players who are reporting on a variety of internet message boards that their deposits are leaving their online accounts but are not being reflected in their poker credit balances.

This is not the first time this has happened, either – when Revolution first launched after Cake Poker was merged with Lock Poker earlier this year there were reports of financial glitches.

Exacerbating an already bad situation is the apparent reluctance of Lock or Revolution management to communicate with players to reassure them and explain what is happening…and more importantly what is being done to sort the problems out.

The result is a growing number of disenchanted players, with some calling for a boycott in the absence of interaction with management, and others suggesting a Twitter campaign to wake management up.

One of the first rules of crisis management is to communicate and reassure; it appears to be a lesson Lock management have yet to learn.
