Canadians will soon be able to buy their Loto Quebec tickets online through the EspaceJeux.com online gambling site operated by the provincial lottery.
 
The company plans to introduce online sales of its Lotto Max, Lotto 6/49, Quebec 49, Banco and Extra draws from August 27 according to press material.
 
“Consumers who buy lottery products online using their computer, smartphone or tablet computer will notice the advantages and user-friendliness of Loto-Quebec’s site,” the presser from Loto-Quebec reads.
 
“By using the Internet to place their lottery bets, players won’t miss any draws, they will be able to view the results of the bets they placed on the web and save their favourite selections.
 
“In Canada, the Atlantic Lotteries Corporation (ALC) and the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) have been selling their lottery products on the web for a number of years already as do other organisations throughout the world.”
 
Loto-Quebec began offering its Mise-O-Jeu parlay sports wagering service to online punters in March while a new mobile results notification application designed for iPhone and Android-powered handsets followed two months later.
