Strengthens management team.

Lottery outcome betting firm Lottoland has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of former 888 vice president of risk management and regulatory operations Lucky Multani as its new chief operating officer.

Multani's primary responsibility will cover the fraud, payments, legal and compliance aspects of Lottoland's business and its operational performance. He will also be involved with the development of the technology strategy.

"Lucky's vast experience and understanding of online gaming regulation will prove invaluable as we continue to quickly develop Lottoland, which is already the established market-leader in its field with 2 million registered customers in its first two years of operation," said Lottoland chief executive officer Nigel Birrell.
