Internet cafes raided and 20 mainly foreign punters and employees arrested.
 
Malaysian police in Kuching have again been active in breaking up online gambling activities at two local internet cafe premises, reporting that a total of 20 mainly foreign gamblers and internet cafe employees were arrested Sunday afternoon and evening in Jalan Green and Premier 101.
 
Computers, cash and documentary evidence were seized by the raiding parties, and prosecutions under the Common House Gambling Act and the Entertainment Enactment 1953 are being prepared, a police spokesman told The Star newspaper.
