Mandalay Media, has been acquired by the Intertain Group

Deal with Mandalay Media worth GBP 60 million.
 
A major UK online bingo operator, Mandalay Media, has been acquired by the Intertain Group for a reported GBP 60 million.
 
Mandalay owns a number of leading online bingo brands such as Costa Bingo, Sing Bingo, City Bingo, Fancy Bingo and Rio Bingo, all of which operate on the Dragonfish platform.
 
Intertain recently came to notice when it completed the acquisition of Amaya Gaming’s WagerLogic subsidiary , and has now closed the Mandalay deal in a share purchase agreement for the company’s entire stock.
