Martin Shkreli been charged with securities fraud in the United States

Martin Shkreli, a young US entrepreneur and eSports fan who chairs the merged Odyssey eSports, Imagine and Leviathan eSports teams, has been charged with securities fraud in the United States.
 
The charges, which include falsifying investment returns, using company funds to settle personal disputes, and personal enrichment arise from Shkreli's involvement in the now defunct MSMB Capital hedge fund and are not associated with his eSports activity.
 
Prosecutors have accused him of two counts of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, three counts of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and two counts of securities fraud.
