Mayweather (-225) has been the favorite since day one, largely because of his undefeated record and his nearly unhittable defensive technique. But if there’s one fighter who could put an end to Mayweather’s perfect streak, it’s Pacquiao (+175). Manny has the best odds to win of any Mayweather opponent since Oscar de la Hoya, back in 2007.

As such, oddsmakers believe the most likely result is a Mayweather win by decision (-135), but betting on a Pacquiao win, either by decision (+375) or knockout (+400), would provide bettors with good value. For a longer shot, bettors could look at Mayweather breaking his decision streak and scoring a knockout (+600) victory.
