M.G.T. CAPITAL IN U.S. SKILL GAMES SUPPLY DEAL

Friday December 6,2013 : M.G.T. CAPITAL IN U.S. SKILL GAMES SUPPLY DEAL

Company plans to expand into the US market with M2P Entertainment agreement.

MGT Studios, a subsidiary of online and mobile investment group MGT Capital, has signed a partnership agreement with internet skill games developer M2P Entertainment with the goal of offering a skill gaming platform and content to the US market.

Skill games fall outside the ambit of anti-online gambling legalization in the United States and constitute a promising market that musters over two million mainly social gaming users.

The plan is to offer skill-based games to users of MGT products and online social casino games to M2P users in the United States.

M2P has considerable experience in the field, claiming that it has delivered over 12 million apps through Facebook, enabling users to compete against opponents and win cash prizes.

The partnership will operate a new brand entitled MGTPlay, which will be led by MGT Studios head Jeremy Avin. Avin founded social games developer Avcom, which was acquired earlier this year and re-branded as MGT Studios

M2P chief Bjorn Kaufmann said Friday that his company has enjoyed success in the Europe, but that the time is now ripe for a run on the American market.
