Probability's mobile brand LadyLucks reports a major win

Mobile technology provider Probability plc reports that its mobile brand LadyLucks has just paid out a substantial GBP 25 000 jackpot to one of its players.

Great Yarmouth taxi driver Carol Fitzgeorge staked just 30p on the slot Pharaoh's Fortunes in making the big hit.

The game, which is set against the backdrop of the Great Pyramids of Giza, is a five-reel, 25-line slot that has already paid out 83 jackpots, valued at close to GBP 305 000, since being launched in September 2010.

Fitzgeorge is a taxi driver from Great Yarmouth and first came across LadyLuck's while surfing on her mobile phone. She decided to give Pharaoh's Fortunes a spin while waiting for her next passenger. It turned out to a fortunate diversion.

"I couldn't believe my luck when I hit the jackpot as it was such a big amount to win from just a 30p spin," she recalled this week. “My partner and I initially wanted to keep quiet about the win but the excitement got the better of us!"

The couple have taken their winnings and since treated themselves to a new bedroom and plan to book a summer holiday.

Matthew Sunderland, managing director at LadyLuck's, said that, "We were absolutely thrilled when Carol scooped our biggest ever jackpot playing one of our most popular games. Our customers have told us that the chance to win massive jackpots is a crucial driving factor in the choice of games they play.

"We're planning to launch several new exciting jackpot games in the future."
