CEO of Playtech Resigns Sportech Board

Weizer departs following change in Playtech holding
 
Playtech's disposal of its shareholding in Sportech plc, reducing its interest to less than 10 percent, has been followed by the resignation of Mor Weizer, CEO of Playtech, from the Sportech board of directors.
 
Sportech chief exec Ian Penrose advised shareholders Thursday that Weizer would cease to be a Sportech director with immediate effect and said:
 
"I would like to thank Mor for his involvement over the last two years and he leaves us with our best wishes."
