Daniel Tighe won his first major live poker title this past weekend, when he beat 569 other players to take first place in the MPN Poker Tour Dublin Main Event, and the first place prize of €53,845.

The €500 buy in event, held at the Clayton Hotel Dublin, attracted 570 entries across its three starting days, generating a prize pool of €256,500 and exceeding the already ambitious guarantee of €250,000.

“Dublin was our biggest success yet and the MPN Poker Tour is going from strength to strength. I’m really excited about some of the destinations we’ll visit in 2016 – especially January’s event in Vienna!” said Alex Scott, Head of Poker at Microgaming.

The MPN Poker Tour was founded in May 2014, and has grown from a small festival in London to a major international poker series in just one year. With big guarantees on offer at every event, there has never been a better time to Get Thrilled on the MPN Poker Tour.
