Nektan appoints Leigh Nissim as CEO

B2B technology and content provider Nektan Plc has appointed IGT interactive commercial director Leigh Nissim as chief executive officer effective July 2016.

Nissim takes over the role from founder Gary Shaw who has been acting as interim chief executive officer since January 2016.  Shaw will be appointed director of strategy, an executive board position.
 
“The Board is confident that Leigh's digital and gaming pedigree, plus his financial background gained earlier in his career at Deloitte, will benefit the employees, customers and shareholders of Nektan as we enter the next chapter of our development,” Jim Wilkinson, chairman of Nektan PLC said.
