*MGM Resorts CEO Jim Murren;

* Sallie Becker of Bomas Grill in Las Vegas;

* Reno attorney Mark Bruce;

* Paul Mathews Jr. of IncuBET in Las Vegas, a social-gaming outfit conceived by former Wynn Las Vegas president/COO and WagerWorks founder Andrew Pascal.

Other members of the committee include the two serving chairmen of the Nevada Gaming Control Board and the Nevada Gaming Commission; two legislative representatives in the form of Sen. Valerie Wiener and Assemblyman William Horne; and tribal interests represented by Reno-Sparks Indian Colony chairman Arlan Melendez.

The committee is to pay particular attention to the impact now and in the future of internet gambling developments, where Nevada is already well advanced in preparing to regulate intrastate online poker
