Flexibility For NJ Online Gambling Operators

Five-site limit remains in place, but operators can have more than one software platform.
 
Following discussions with operators, and now that the intrastate online gambling system is firmly embedded and operational, the New Jersey regulator has allowed more flexibility regarding the number of software platforms deployed by each operator.
 
The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement has maintained its restriction of five branded websites per licensed operator, but has relaxed a requirement that those skins must be on one software platform, opening the market to more variety…as long as the platforms deployed meet the stringent requirements of the DGE.
