July numbers are up 24.4 percent year-on-year.
 
The latest numbers from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement show that the state’s regulated online sites generated $12.5 million in revenue in August, up 24.4 percent year-on-year and almost 7 percent higher than the preceding month of June 2015.
 
Online casino action continued to deliver the best results, rising 34.4 percent y-o-y to $10.6 million; for the seven months of 2015 to date, online gambling revenues have increased by 15.6 percent y-o-y and now stand at $84.5 million.
 
Online poker lagged again in July, declining 12.2 percent to $1.9 million.
 
The Borgata-Bwin-Pala alliance remained the top dog among the operators, generating $3.8 million of total revenues – up 19 percent y-o-y, with Caesars Interactive again chasing on $2.7 million, showing little improvement over July last year despite the  buzz around WSOP.
 
The Tropicana claimed third spot, with its casino action only online operation delivering $2.74 million, just ahead of Golden Nugget on $2.73 million.
 
Newcomer Resorts reported a fifth consecutive monthly improvement at $558,000.
 
Gambling stats from the DGE showed that total gaming win from Atlantic City casinos was $257.5 million in July 2015 compared to $274.3 million in July 2014 a 6.2 percent decline. Casino win was $245 million, and Internet gaming win was $12.5 million.
