Queensland-based online gaming and entertainment company 2UP Gaming plc inked a MOU to acquire European based video streaming business Streamark.
 
GVC Holdings plc's Maltese subsidiary, GVC Corporation Limited entered into an agreement with an independent third party company, GVC New Limited to sell the failed Betaland sports book venture for a nominal sum.
 
Online gambling group Unibet plc bought Nordic Betting subsidiary Bet24 for Euro 13.5 million
 
Swedish online gambling group Betsson AB acquired Malta-based Nordic Gaming Group and its three sportsbook, casino and poker subsidiaries, NordicBet, Tobet and Triobet
 
Lock Poker acquired the Cake Poker Network.
 
Multimedia sports content firm Perform Group plc proposed the acquisition of real-time sports data provider RunningBall Holding AG for a minimum consideration of Euro 101 million.
 
WMS Industries acquired online gaming content provider Jadestone Group AB for an undisclosed consideration.
 
The court-ordered bankruptcy auction of Federated Sports & Gaming, Inc., parent of the Epic Poker League, was won by Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. with a winning bid of $4.5 million for the combined assets of Federated Sports & Gaming, Inc., Federated Heartland Inc., the Heartland Poker Tour and the Epic Poker League.
