Sports betting interactive system integrated with venue-based lottery system
 
Full-service internet and mobile betting system provider Parspro.com has been acquired by Scientific Games Corporation for an undisclosed consideration.
 
Under the terms of the deal, the acquired Parspro assets include a scalable sports betting system that provides users with all of the elements necessary to operate an online betting site as well as a full-service internet platform, integrating casino, poker and other gaming content from multiple third-party providers.
