PokAfrica new online poker room

Wednesday April 3, 2013 : NEW POKER ROOM LAUNCHES ON INTELLOGIX NETWORK

Commits 5 percent of profits to humanitarian aid projects in Africa

PokAfrica is a new online poker room that has gone live on gaming platform IntellogiX.

According to a press statement from the company, the poker room was born from an alliance between "Million Poker Paradise Limited (Mauritius) coordinator of the World Poker Tour Mauritius promoted by Sylvain Liotard and the Asian Poker Tour Mauritius, Paradise Event (France) producer of the TV show “Paradise of Poker” and Ti Vegas casino (Mauritius)".

The poker room has reportedly already developed a partnership with Madagascar and Ste Marie Island that will see the construction of a primary school as a result of it committing 5 percent of all its profits to humanitarian relief projects in Africa.

The IntellogiX Gaming Network operates under a Curacao licence and although describing itself as an "Indian poker network" gives its contact details as being in Surrey, United Kingdom.

The network offers white label sportsbook, casino and poker options.
