U.S. friendly network comprises seven online poker rooms

A new U.S.-friendly online poker network dubbed Poker Pros Network launched this past week.

Owned by Costa Rica-based CMK Interactive Systems S.A., the platform offers multiple rooms and options that include free, subscription-based, real-money and live dealer play, all utilising MyPaylinQ, a central cashier system.

The network, launched in Beta format in August 2011, currently comprises seven online poker rooms namely; PokeroomUSA (subscription), Cheap Seats Poker, No Tilt Poker, Maniacal Poker, Lounge Lizard Poker, PPN Poker and soon to launch PPN Live Dealers.

Six of the seven rooms share tournaments, sit ‘n gos, real and play-money tables, and promotional incentives but were designed to attract different types of players, a company statement said.

Chuck Kidds, chief executive officer of Poker Pros Network comments: “All seven poker rooms within the network boast innovative software written and developed using the latest technology.  These methods allow us to deliver what others can’t. The most unique and exciting feature, of which only Poker Pros Network employs, is its one convenient cashier with several depositing options, including credit cards.”

Apparently poker pro David "The Maven" Chicotsky had a hand in the network's function and design.

“Today’s online poker players have higher expectations,” adds Kidd. “In anticipation, our developers went well beyond simply improving standards.”

Readers will recall the launch of PokeroomUSA towards the middle of last year, a subscription based model targeting the U.S. market , of which Chicotsky was named as the company's marketing manager.
