Only two months back Pokerstars dealt its 80 billionth hand…now they're predicting another milestone hand will hit soon
 
The size and volume of online poker's biggest operator, Pokerstars, was illustrated Friday when the company announced that its 85th billion hand is imminent…perhaps this week.
 
That's five billion hands on from May this year, when the poker giant reported its 80 billionth milestone hand and paid out a Spanish fan $22,940 and his seven table companions when the hand was dealt $10,000 apiece.
 
This time Pokerstars is putting up a million in prizes, with 300 players eligible to cash through a prize structure that rewards every one millionth hand in the run-up to the Pokerstars 85th billion hand landmark, dubbed a Mega Milestone hand by Pokerstars marketers in their "Road to 100 Billion" campaign.
