Pokerstars Shareholder approvals for sale sought later this week

Shareholder approvals sought later this week
 
All required approvals from gaming regulatory authorities who currently licence Rational Group Limited have been received, Amaya Gaming Group said today (Tuesday).
 
While the company said it had also received conditional approval from the TSX regarding the proposed acquisition, the completion of the deal is subject to Amaya shareholder approvals which will be sought during a meeting scheduled for later this week.
