4/24/2012 : Pokerstars Buys Fulltilt Poker :
Unconfirmed reports are in the Pokerstars online poker room has bought out Fulltilt Poker for $750 million.
According to the agreement all players will be refunded 100%. $330 Million of the purchase price will be used to pay off the settlement with the US govt.
