U.S. financial regulators, The Federal Reserve and Treasury Department, are inviting public comment on the renewal of its “Prohibition on Funding of Unlawful Internet Gambling”.

The agencies, as a collective, intend renewing the act in its entirety but will evaluate and submit public comment, including supporting material, to the Office of Management and Budget.
