R FRANCO ACQUIRES MEDIATECH

Controlling share increased to 100 percent buy-out.

Spanish operator R Franco Group has acquired the remaining shares in platform provider MediaTech Solutions for an undisclosed consideration.

The R. Franco Group acquired a controlling share in Mediatech Solutions this time last year, soon after launching its interactive division.

“A transformative and promising project, this transaction consolidates us as one of the most important actors within the gaming industry, and will allow us to provide customers and operators with the widest range of solutions in the market,” Chairman of the R.Franco Group, Jesús Franco, said.

“With this transaction, the R. Franco Group strengthens its entrepreneurial nature with a solid and competitive project resting on the foundations of its experience, innovation and commitment to customers”.
