Arjel in agreement with S.O.S. Joueurs

Sunday January 27,2013 : ARJEL ENTER  AGREEMENT WITH PROBLEM GAMBLING ASSOCIATION
 
Initial one-year agreement with option to extend
 
French regulatory authority ARJEL has entered into a renewable one-year agreement with non-profit organisation lassociation S.O.S. Joueurs (SOS).
 
SOS provides free support services to problem gamblers in the form of access to psychologists, social workers or lawyers who specialise in gambling addiction.
 
Terms of the agreement include the exchange of statistical data and the initiation of joint projects aimed at combating problem gambling.
 
In addition to regular contact, ARJEL and SOS will meet formally bi-annually to analyse and discuss topics related to gambling addiction.  To this end it was agreed that responsibility for monitoring and executing the agreement will be assigned to an as yet to be appointed representative from each organisation.
