Soul and Vibe Interactive in deal with Human SOft

US PARTNERSHIP TO DEVELOP VIRTUAL REALITY CASINO PRODUCT

High tech innovations in the pipeline.

US-based digital publisher Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the development and distribution of two virtual reality (VR) games with game development studio Human Soft Inc.

"Casino Palace" is being developed for both VR and non-VR devices, such as HTC Vive, Samsung Gear VR, Oculus Rift, Google Cardboard, iOS and Android.  This social interaction betting title uses real-money and Bitcoin transactions.

"Boxie" is being developed for VR devices and supports cross-connectivity with VR and non-VR "Companion Apps." This game is set in a world made of cardboard, where everything is box shaped.

"The VR market is another means through which the Company can generate a recurring release calendar and further expand operations," said Soul and Vibes chief executive officer and president, Peter Anthony Chiodo. "The VR platform will help further transition Soul and Vibe into a very robust content company with a cross section of highly valuable IP."
