Spinomenal Appoints Eduardo Tupper as COO

Israeli software developer, Spinomenal, has appointed former chief operating officer of Ortiz Gaming, Eduardo Tupper, as Senior Vice President. 

Tasked to drive the next phase of Spinomenal’s growth, with a focus on Latin America and the US, Tupper comes well versed in terms of developing and expanding into the interactive sector as he broadened Ortiz Gaming’s reach with the rollout of online, mobile and social games during his tenure.
