Wheels turn slowly as second licence awarded three months after the first
 
The Bulgarian State Commission for Gambling has awarded state-owned operator Sport Totalizator an online sportsbetting licence.
 
The award marks the second such licence following the issue of the first to Bulgarian operator vBulletin in the fourth quarter of last year.
 
Sport Totalizator is now authorised to offer online betting on sports, dog racing and horse racing to Bulgarian punters along with a selection of online lottery games.
