Steve Cunliffe resigns to purse other interests
 
Sportech PLC's Finance Director Steve Cunliffe has resigned his position after six-years with the firm to pursue other business interests.
 
Cunliffe will remain in his position until either the company's preliminary results are announced on March 6, 2013 or a successor is appointed.
 
Ian Penrose, Chief Executive said, "I would like to thank Steve for his contribution to the Group since 2006. He leaves Sportech in a stronger financial position than when he joined and I wish him every success in the future development of his career".
 
Sportech has appointed Odgers Berndtson, the executive search consultants, to recruit a replacement Finance Director.
