Friday September 13,2013 : BWIN.PARTY'S SOCIAL GAMES DEVELOPER RELEASES STARDUST CASINO
Latest product from the Win studios re-lives the glory days of Las Vegas
Win, the social games developer owned by the Bwin.Party online gambling group, has launched its latest product, branded Stardust Casino, which it claims "…re-lives the glory days of one of the Las Vegas Strip's most fabled casinos."
Developed in partnership with Boyd Gaming Corporation, one of Bwin's US land casino partners, Stardust Casino invites players to journey into vintage Las Vegas while trying their luck at Win's slots, blackjack, roulette and other social casino games.
"Stardust Casino combines the nostalgic charm of vintage Las Vegas with today's state of the art technology to bring the famed casino to life like never before," the company claimed in a statement Friday.
"Players enter the Stardust Casino lobby, recreated in stunning 3D high definition. From there, players can pull up a VIP chair and play slots, blackjack and roulette, moving up the ranks from Novice to High Roller as they earn Experience Points for their play. All of the games feature high production value artwork, intuitive controls, and exciting gameplay in an environment reminiscent of the glory days of the legendary resort."
Barak Rabinowitz, CEO of Win, said: "Our aim was to recapture the romance and adventure of vintage Las Vegas, and what better way to do that than to recreate online the legendary Stardust Casino?"
The Stardust was the largest casino in Nevada when it opened its doors in 1958, and the image of its star-studded marquee remains one of the most globally-renowned symbols of Las Vegas.
"The Win team has done a fantastic job recapturing the unique gaming experience that made the Stardust an iconic part of Las Vegas history," said Bob Boughner, executive vice president of Boyd Gaming. "This game is truly a worthy successor to the legendary Stardust name."
Stardust Casino is currently available for free on Facebook in the UK, Canada and Australia, and will be rolled out in the USA and on additional platforms in the coming months.
