EQube Gaming has partnered With Teknobingo Scandinavia

Wednesday, February 24, 2016 :  EQUBE GAMING IN DISTRIBUTION DEAL WITH TEKNOBINGO SCANDINAVIA

Licensed eBingo products to target UK and Ireland.

EQube Gaming has partnered eBingo solutions provider Teknobingo Scandinavia AS for the distribution and licensing of Teknobingo’s software under the eQube brand forming part of a suite of eBingo products for global markets.

EQube will initially focus the products on the United Kingdom and Ireland saying it sees significant potential in deploying the software in existing and future markets.

The agreement replaces eQube's earlier non-binding letter of intent to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Teknobingo (see previous Infopowa report).

"We have been working with Teknobingo over the last year and we are confident that the software will be effective in growing revenue in strategically important European markets,” Kent Tong, chief executive officer and director of eQube said.  “Teknobingo software is a great addition to our eBingo solutions toolkit."
