NetPlayTV In Talks To Take Over The Football Pools

UK company suspends trading on the Alternative Investment Market in London as preliminary negotiations continue.
 
The UK-based online and interactive television gambling group NetPlayTV has announced that it is in preliminary takeover talks with Sportech on the possible  acquisition of Sportech subsidiary The Football Pools, and has consequently suspended trading in its shares on London's AIM market.
 
The company plans a reverse takeover modus for the acquisition, and in terms of market rules in such cases NetPlayTV's shares must remain suspended until an agreement is reached or the talks have been abandoned.
