EURO 59 million consideration paid over.

Unibet Group said Wednesday all conditions had been met regarding its acquisition of the entire share capital of Nordic and Central European-focused iGame Group (iGame) resulting in the payment of Euro 59 million in cash and completion of the deal.

Unibet Group plc will consolidate iGame’s online gambling business in its results as from today (Wednesday), however, iGame will continue to trade under its existing brands.
